QR Code Content

For static and dynamic QR codes, we store the destination URL or content you enter and dynamic code configuration (including variable fields). We do not access or inspect the content of your QR codes except as necessary to operate, maintain, or troubleshoot the Service, or as required by law.

Payment Processing

Payments may be handled by third-party processors. We do not store full payment card information.

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
• Generate aggregated or anonymized analytics
• Communicate with you regarding your account, updates, security notices, or support

4. QR Code Scan Data

We collect scan metrics in aggregate form (e.g., scan counts, device type, coarse location when available). We do not identify individual scanners. For dynamic QR codes, a unique value may be added to the URL when scanned; we do not attach this value to personally identifiable information unless you explicitly provide such data elsewhere.

You are responsible for ensuring your QR codes and destinations comply with applicable laws and privacy obligations relevant to your users or customers.

5. Data Retention

We retain data as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. We may retain certain information for legal, security, or operational reasons even after account deletion.

6. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. International Transfers

Data may be processed or stored in locations outside your jurisdiction. By using the Service, you consent to such transfers, subject to applicable legal safeguards.
